Academic Leader | Wharton MBA | 20 Years Fortune 500 | Business Education Innovation | Entrepreneurship & Digital Commerce | Dean-Track Faculty

I have spent 20+ years building things at the intersection of business, digital commerce, and human development — as a Fortune 500 executive at Ascena Retail, Overstock.com, Federated, The Limited Group and others; as a faculty member in entrepreneurship and business innovation at the Savannah College of Art and Design; and as the founder of a global leadership coaching practice.

I earned my MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and have spent the last 10 years translating that executive experience into the classroom, into curriculum design, and into the academic governance work that shapes how business schools teach and lead.

I am building toward my next chapter in senior academic leadership — as a dean, associate dean, or VP of academic innovation at a business school or university that believes the future of business education belongs to leaders who have actually lived it.

Meet me in the Metaverse.

Who We Are

Proof Point Bullets (3):

30 years at the table. Business development, product strategy, digital commerce, and organizational leadership at Fortune 500 brands generating hundreds of millions in revenue. I know what corporations need from business school graduates — because I hired, managed, and developed them for three decades.

Active in the classroom. Current faculty at SCAD teaching entrepreneurship and digital commerce. Prior curriculum development and faculty governance at NYU. I am not a practitioner who talks about education — I am doing it.

Building platforms for the next generation. Bestselling author of Be Your Own Hero: A Girl’s Guide to Launching from College. Host of two podcasts. Founder and CEO of SuperGirlls LLC, a global coaching consultancy focused on women’s leadership. The work I do outside the university is the proof of concept for what I want to bring inside it.
